If you’re wondering who’s behind this and how I work — you’re in the right place.
If you’re wondering who’s behind this and how I work — you’re in the right place.
And I’d say them directly...but with care.
I’d point out where things rely too heavily on you. Where work is being held together by memory and good intentions. And where things technically “work”—but only because you’re paying attention.
Not to drag you—but because that’s not how your business should have to run.
At your level, your business shouldn’t depend on you noticing everything. If I were already inside your business, things would feel steadier.
Priorities would be clear.
And things wouldn’t slow down the moment you step away.
Because when things are handled, you’re not carrying everything yourself.
And honestly? Even the parts you can handle...you shouldn't have to.
You’re not the issue. The business has just outgrown the way it’s currently running.
I take ownership of what’s happening day-to-day—so decisions, projects, and follow-through don’t keep coming back to you.
You care deeply about your clients and your work.
But keeping everything moving—follow-ups, decisions, all the “did that get done?” moments—that’s what’s draining you.
Quick story time. I didn’t wake up one day thinking, “Ah yes, business operations life.” Not even close.
I started as a VA after spending 12+ years as an Executive Assistant in corporate tech…which is just a fancy way of saying I’ve been keeping things moving behind the scenes for a long time.
When I moved into the online space, one thing became really clear:
These women weren’t overwhelmed because they were disorganized.
They were overwhelmed because they were doing the work
and holding everything together.
So I did what came naturally.
I stepped in. I fixed what kept breaking. Handled things before they became problems. And made sure things actually moved.
And every time, I heard some version of:
“Wait… why does everything feel easier now?”
Because there was finally someone responsible for how things run.
That’s when I realized this is the work I actually love…stepping inside a business, seeing the full picture, and making things run in a way that doesn’t rely on one person.
I’m not here to run your life.
I’m here to make sure your business doesn’t depend on you for everything..
systems that create space, not pressure.
growth that supports longevity.
leadership, not assistance.
structure that honors life.
clarity, honesty, and trust.
clean follow-through every time.
The name didn’t come from a branding brainstorm.
It came from a pattern I kept seeing.
Women running successful businesses — exhausted by the parts no one sees.
Why? Because the business depended on them for everything.
You don’t need more tools, dashboards, or team members. What you need is systems that respect your time and support your leadership.
That’s where the “flourish” comes in.
It’s what happens when the business is structured well enough to grow without draining the person running it.
FWS isn’t about performing productivity.
It’s about operations that work — consistently, reliably, and without constant intervention.
When your systems support you, you get to move like a CEO — not the emergency response team.
That’s the point of Flourish With Systems.
If we were sitting on my couch right now — blanket, drink, exhale — you’d probably say something like:
“I’m just tired of feeling like I’m the only one holding this together.”
And I’d nod. Because I’ve heard this story many times. You don’t need more hustle.
You need someone who can step in, see the whole operation, and make it easier to run — without you having to explain every detail.
That’s the work I do.
I’m in bed watching trash reality TV like it’s a study in human behavior.
Fresh Haitian patties with a cold drink, uninterrupted. Bliss.
Living Single. Or anything else created by Yvette Lee Bowser.
Kids, laundry, errands… and me sneaking in a quiet hour to reset my brain.
My AirPods, my Hydro Jug, or a hoodie. Depends on the day.
Gingerbread Chai Lattes. Hooked.
Right now, too much of the day-to-day still runs through you (more on that here).
Decisions, priorities, and all the small things that keep your business moving are still landing on your plate.
Things get done, but mostly because you’re keeping an eye on them.
What you actually need is someone inside your business making sure things move—so projects, decisions, and follow-through don’t keep coming back to you.
I believe business should be built in a way that actually respects the people doing the work.
My approach is rooted in DEIB — diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging — not as some fancy buzzword, but as a way of working that takes real life into account.
I’m a first-generation Haitian-American woman. Immigration, access, and belonging are part of my lived experience, not just ideas I support. That shapes how I lead, how I partner with clients, and the kind of space I’m intentional about creating.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or shrink to fit. The work is thoughtful. The people are human.
